When an emissions fault puts a commercial truck into warning, derate or shutdown conditions, Advance can diagnose the system and perform forced regeneration or practical roadside repair when appropriate.
DPF, DEF and derate diagnosis
Aftertreatment warnings can involve soot load, DEF quality or delivery, SCR performance, temperature or pressure sensors, wiring and other engine faults that prevent a normal regeneration. Mobile diagnostics can read the faults, check the operating conditions and determine the next practical step.

A forced regen is not always the repair
Running a regeneration without addressing the reason it was blocked can waste time or leave the truck derated again. The goal is to identify the underlying failure, repair what is practical roadside and use a forced regeneration only when it is an appropriate part of that process.
Call before the truck reaches a deeper derate
Give dispatch the dash message, fault codes, engine condition and current level of power reduction. Advance responds to DPF/DEF calls in Kingman, Lake Havasu, Needles, the Colorado River corridor and remote stretches of I-40. If shop-level work is required, towing can be dispatched.
